The tenderloin or ‘fillet’ is a long thin muscle. It can be cooked whole, cut into small round ‘medallions’ or cut into steaks and pan-fried.

This pork is imported from high quality farms in the UK.

The tenderloin has already been slow cooked for 4 hours at low temeperature and then sliced into medallions. This makes the meat tender and juicy and is a great meal option with a good sauce or gravy of your choice.

Once defrosted, lightly fry on a high heat for 90 seconds on each side.
