Pork Kransky Sausage
La Carne’s Pork Kransky is a Polish Sausage smoked with our signature Beech wood chips. It contains Cayenne Pepper and Garlic. Though it can be eaten hot or cold, it is best when grilled and served in a Bun with Mustard.
Defrost and then pan-fry, microwave or grill to eat. Keep frozen at -18ºC or below. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
