Merguez are made of lamb blended with authentic Moroccan flavors such as Cinnamon and Chilli. Ideal for BBQ's these sausages are traditionally served with couscous.
Defrost and then pan-fry, microwave or grill to eat. Keep frozen at -18ºC or below. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
