Chicken Krauker Natural Casing Sausage
The Krakauer is distinctive for its wonderful smokiness and Garlic flavour. Although classified as a German sausage, its origins have been traced to Krakow in Poland where it is known as 'Kielbasa Krakowska'. These Sausages can be eaten fried or as a cold cut and used in a variety of dishes.
Defrost and then pan-fry, microwave or grill to eat. Keep frozen at -18ºC or below. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
