British Style Bacon 

Made from British short cut loins. Cured and Smoked with very little fat gives you the potential of finally making yourself a Full English breakfast or a 'bacon sarnie'. 

A bacon sarnie is a sandwich of cooked bacon between bread that is usually spread with butter, and may be seasoned with ketchup or brown sauce. It is generally served hot.

The Bacon Steak

In a nutshell it's a 1 cm thick bacon rasher from the short cut loin. Meaty and a 'no nonsense' carnivore's dream. Makes the perfect meal whether it be with noodles or a fried egg and some baked beans.  

The origins are debated with similarities with the German Kassler because its also cured and smoked but in Britain, 'down the chippie', they just call it a Bacon Steak.
